혼성신호 집적회로 설계 연구실 Mixed-signal IC design Lab

혼성신호 집적회로 설계 연구실에서는 CMOS 기술을 이용하여 저전력 센서 인터페이스 회로와 학습가능한 뉴럴 네트워크 시스템, 그리고 생체신호를 측정하기 위한 analog frond-end 와 같은 아날로그 및 혼성 신호 회로를 설계하는 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.

  • Sensor interface circuits

(1) A low-power wide dynamic-range current readout circuit

 

  • Neural network system with in-memory computing

(1) A multilayer-learning current-mode neuromorphic system w/ analog-error compensation

 

  • Biomedical circuits

(1) A ΔΣ-based bio-impedance readout IC w/ < 0.1Hz-1/f-corner
